The technology incubator allows us to test and evaluate new and emerging products without impacting on the consultancy and support services we provide around our existing solutions. In order to achieve this we rely on the vendor to provide product support as well as pre and post installation services. Our technical director works closely with the vendor in both our lab environment and on-site with customers in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and its place in the market.
