Green IT Assessment

This assessment outlines the return on investment and cost savings which can result from migrating to a virtual environment. Using sophisticated modelling software, the assessment compares the power and energy usage of an organisation’s existing physical infrastructure with the power and energy consumption of the proposed virtual environment.

The assessment takes account of the hidden costs of running a data centre (floor space, energy, air conditioning/cooling etc.) before and after virtualisation and highlights where further cost savings can be expected.
