Every solution Nebulas Xcelerate provides is accompanied by a Technical Support Contract with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The levels of support available range from 8×5 telephone support through to full 24×7 support with remote diagnostics. All Nebulas Xcelerate Technical Support Contracts can be combined with on-site support if required.
As a Nebulas Xcelerate customer, you are guaranteed to receive:
- Access to the Technical Assistance Centre via phone or email
- Problem resolution from a team of certified Acceleration engineers
- iFeed technicalupdate service for new versions/patches
